Eaton Commercial LP, dba Eaton Contracting Inc., was established in 1989, in San Antonio, Texas by Joseph (Joe) S. Eaton. David Ash - partner, joined Eaton Contracting Inc., in 1999. Eaton Commercial LP was established in 2003 to further build on the company's strengths and client-based relationships. Eaton Commercial is a general contractor, specializing in the construction of commercial, medical, hospitality, retail and educational institutions. Eaton Commercial has proven experience of handing all phases of the project, from conceptual thru commissioning. Eaton Commercial dba Eaton Contracting Inc. entered the industry specializing in CORP of Engineer, and Base Civil Engineering jobs, i.e. Job Order Contracts (JOC) and Identified Delivery Quantity Contracts (IDQ). This financial springboard and diversification yielded opportunities in other fields of contracting for the City, State, and more actively in the Private Sector.
